Lorien is working with an established and fast-growing organisation to recruit an AV Engineer to support the delivery, installation and ongoing maintenance of AV systems across a large, critical infrastructure estate.
Working closely with Project Managers, Design Engineers and the wider delivery team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining AV systems across a large portfolio of live operational environments. You’ll be involved post-design, interpreting schematics and installation documentation, carrying out hands-on installation work, and supporting reactive and planned maintenance where required.
This role is field-based, Mon-Fri, with some national travel required - with the potential to be away for 1-4 nights per week. Hotel stays are covered by the company, alongside expenses, company van & fuel card.
The role is client-facing and requires a professional, calm and solutions-focused approach when working on live sites. This will suit an experienced, self-sufficient engineer who enjoys customer-facing work and can take ownership of installs and fault resolution on site.
