An exciting opportunity has emerged for a new member to join our Operations Internal Audit team full time. The role responsibilities is to analyse and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures within the Operations Internal Audit team, following the yearly audit plan to ensure the required percentage of facilities are tested throughout the year and any risks are highlighted in a timely manner. Please note the role will require travelling across our Cygnet Services and a car and UK Driving license are essential. Job Description Travel to Cygnet locations across the UK to conduct facility specific audits. Assist with Head Office finance audits covering petty cash, service user money, purchase ledger and expenses. Analyse and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures. Review, develop and in liaison with the Senior Internal Auditor recommend changes in accounting systems and internal audit controls of the business. Prepare audit paperwork. Establish working relationships with the senior management team. Prepare and annotate various benchmarking reports. Completing the internal audit templates across all of Cygnets sites throughout the UK. Completing task requests from the Internal Audit Director of UHS.
