Office & Facilities Manager

Are you a proactive, organised, and confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We\'re looking for an Office & Facilities Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of a varied and rewarding role. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that combines office management, facilities oversight across multiple sites, and a small but important HR component (around 20% of the role). You’ll work closely with senior leadership and be a valued part of the team driving the business forward.

£35-50k

The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for everything from office supplies to council tax queries, and from social events to site-wide health and safety walkarounds. No two days will be the same - one moment you might be liaising with utilities companies or chasing an equipment repair, the next you could be organising the next company social or arranging a bin collection.
1. Managing facilities across 3 warehouses and offices
2. Conducting health & safety inspections
3. Acting as point of contact for alarm systems and general building security
4. Liaising with utilities, council tax, and refuse companies
5. Overseeing office supplies, fridge restocks, and general workplace upkeep
6. Organising company socials
7. Overseeing the HR function (onboarding, recruitment, grievances, sick pay, holidays) with complex matters outsourced
8. Managing vehicle admin for 2 cars (car tax, maintenance coordination)
9. Arranging repairs

About You
You\'re naturally organised, proactive, and trustworthy, someone who spots what needs doing and gets it done without waiting to be asked. You’re confident, professional, and assertive enough to have difficult conversations when needed.
10. HR experience
11. Facilities management experience
12. Confident and approachable
13. Experience with council tax rates or health & safety would be beneficial.
14. Able to work independently and be a point of contact throughout the business.
