.Net Developer (C#)
Leeds – Hybrid (2 days in the office)
£45,000 + 5% bonus + exceptional benefits
We’re partnering with a prestigious international insurance business looking for a talented .Net Developer to join their Engineering team in Leeds.
This is a hybrid role (2 days in the office) where you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team building automation-led, process-driven solutions that genuinely make life easier for business customers.
You’ll be working on modern web-based applications and scalable services, using C#/.Net Core in an Agile environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Designing and developing high-quality, robust C#/.Net Core applications
• Creating and consuming RESTful APIs
• Working with SQL to build performant database structures and queries
• Contributing to solution design and technical discussions
• Writing clean, testable code with strong unit test coverage
• Supporting deployments and continuous improvement initiatives
• Investigating and resolving application issues when required
What we’re looking for:
• Proven hands-on experience with C# .Net / .Net Core
• Strong SQL capability
• Experience building and integrating RESTful services
• Understanding of scalable architecture and design principles
• Agile delivery experience
• Exposure to Azure (cloud development)
• DevOps tooling knowledge (Azure Pipelines, Octopus Deploy beneficial)
• Experience with Angular 6+
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker and RabbitMQ is advantageous
