The Primary School are looking for a hands on Teaching Assistant / TA to support in their Foundation Phase working 1:1 with a child that has ALN. The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will be expected to liaise with the classroom teacher assisting with lesson plans, behaviour management and feedback on pupils that you work with to track their progress. The school will expect you to build relationships with the pupils to be able to tailor your teaching style to meet their specific needs of each individual child.
