**TEMP TO PERM ROLE** We are a leading global provider of heat treatment and thermal processing and are recruiting for PROCESS OPERATIVES at our Hereford site. With training provided along with career progression, the position is of an immediate start working a continental shift.
Duties:
* Machine setting and operating
* Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment
* Supporting preventative maintenance activities
* Ensuring site is kept secure at all times
* Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance
* Relaying to management of any problems or opportunities as they arise

Shifts:
* 3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week.
* Days 7am-7pm (Monday to Friday)
* Nights 7pm-7am (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate:
* £13.00 per hour
* £19.50 per hour for any hours over standard weekly shift
