We are seeking an experienced individual to join our operations team alongside the Regional Operations Manager for a designated regional area. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting financial targets, driving operational excellence, and leading strategic direction of operational teams. Building strong client relationships, identifying innovative solutions, and maintaining employee engagement are key aspects of this role.
Main Responsibilities
1. Conduct monthly reviews to analyse regional performance.
2. Schedule employees and manage staffing needs.
3. Manage employee recruitment, contracts, and performance evaluations.
4. Monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction levels.
5. Lead employee engagement and succession planning efforts.
6. Identify and address contract KPIs for improvement.
7. Maintain financial accuracy and performance management.
8. Develop assignment instructions and risk assessments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background and prior experience in security or commercial contract management as a site or regional supervisor, with experience managing staff within a team. Experience in project management, health and safety compliance, and line management is essential. Integrity, professionalism, and effective communication skills are crucial. A UK driving license and a five-year work history are required.

Additional Information
This role is based at home but requires attendance at Company and Client locations within your region. Travel is often required, including overnight stays and attending social events outside normal hours.
