We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Morden that’s looking for a compassionate and reliable SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
This role involves supporting pupils with special educational needs in the classroom, helping them stay engaged, confident, and ready to learn. You’ll be working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent support and create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

What the role involves
• Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Helping children stay focused and engaged with classroom activities
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support learning and behaviour
• Creating a calm, supportive environment where pupils feel safe and encouraged
• Assisting with classroom routines and daily activities

What we’re looking for
• Previous experience in a school or relevant childcare setting (essential)
• A patient, positive, and supportive approach
• Confidence working with children who may need additional learning or behavioural support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
