Vehicle Parts Centre Manager Required in Brighton, East Sussex
1. Basic Salary: £46,000 - £49,000
2. On Target Earnings: Up to £10,000
3. Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday Only

Our client, a well-established network of manufacturer-affiliated vehicle parts retailers employing over 1,500 staff nationwide, is seeking a Centre Manager to lead their Brighton operation.
As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the operation of a dynamic team, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, achieving business objectives, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Drive the team to meet and exceed sales and performance targets.
6. Create and maintain a customer-centric culture.
7. Devise sales strategies and implement departmental goals.
8. Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and take corrective action when needed.
9. Develop and implement Personal Development Plans for team members.
10. Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and ethical guidelines, including warranty processes.
11. Analyse market data and develop sales opportunities.
12. Maintain the security of stock and premises.
What We’re Looking For:
13. Strong automotive parts management experience.
14. Background in a sales environment with vehicle manufacturers or automotive parts retailers (preferred).
15. Exceptional customer service skills.
16. Sales-focused, results-driven, and highly motivated.
17. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
