As a Concierge at our vibrant corporate site in Leeds, you’ll be the face of the workplace – providing warm welcomes, smooth front-of-house operations, and a consistent, high-quality service experience. Your attention to detail and enthusiasm will make the workplace a better place for all who visit or work there. What you’ll do: Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmth Deliver consistent front-of-house operations, including reception duties, visitor sign-in, communal area upkeep, and meeting room coordination Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless workplace experience Support workplace events and escalate facilities issues when necessary Manage incoming communications and deliver messages accurately Maintain an organised, presentable, and welcoming office environment What you’ll bring: Previous experience in a client-facing or hospitality role is advantageous Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail What We Offer Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
