As our IT Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to support clients’ networks and hardware, troubleshoot software and imaging systems, and help deliver seamless IT services to dental practices. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn industry best practices, and contribute to a company that prides itself on proactive, high-quality s Answering initial phone calls from customers and logging cases accurately in the ticketing system. Providing 1st line support to resolve common IT and software issues. Developing into 2nd line support, depending on experience and training. Using the ticketing system to update customers and manage cases through to resolution. Delivering technical support for both digital imaging solutions and general IT services. Assisting with data and database migrations for customers Coordinating and assisting with software installations and customer training sessions. Working collaboratively with the wider support team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Occasionally attending customer sites with senior members of staff to gain field experience. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
