Due to expansion, our client is looking to welcome an ambitious and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to their close-knit team in Norwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agency where your hard work is recognised and rewarded, with a basic salary of up to £30,000 and on-target earnings of £40,000+, plus genuine scope for progression.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
* Basic salary between £25,000-£30,000 DOE
* First year earnings of up to £40,000

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:
* Booking and conducting viewings
* Booking valuations
* Conducting valuations
* Generating new business leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and collaboration with internal teams to grow the sales pipeline
* Overseeing the entire sales process from initial offer to final completion, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience
* Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
* Supporting general office duties and administrative tasks
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Negotiator (Must be recent)
* Knowledge of the Norwich market
* Proven track record of hitting targets and winning business
* A proactive, driven, and self-motivated mindset
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Listing experience is a bonus (but training can be provided)
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
* Confident, personable, and eager to grow within the business
