About this role
We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager with a strong focus on new business generation (hunting) while also supporting and expanding existing client accounts (farming). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment, with experience in building trusted partnerships and identifying commercial opportunities across enterprise clients.
You’ll work closely with the wider sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to manage the full sales cycle, contribute to business strategy, and ensure client success in the IAM and PAM space.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager at CyberIAM, you will:
1. Actively prospect, identify, and pursue new enterprise client opportunities within the IAM and PAM market.
2. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and close.
3. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base, delivering continuous value to clients.
5. Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and leadership to align client needs with CyberIAM’s services.
