Role overview:
You’ll support pupils with ADHD and associated needs, helping them stay engaged, organised and confident in their learning. You’ll be a steady presence, offering guidance, encouragement and structure throughout the day.
Key responsibilities:

* Help maintain focus and engagement during lessons
* Break tasks down into manageable steps
* Use positive reinforcement and structured routines
* Support both academic and social development
* Work across primary and secondary age groups
Requirements:
* Experience with ADHD or similar needs is beneficial
* Energetic, patient and adaptable approach
* Ability to build rapport quickly with pupils
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
