What you’ll be doing:
* Building strong relationships with clients across public charging and commercial EV projects
* Acting as the main point of contact for accounts, handling queries and resolving issues quickly
* Supporting onboarding and training for new customers
* Monitoring service performance and ensuring SLAs are achieved
* Working closely with project, service, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in customer success, account management, or client services (ideally in EV, renewables, or technology)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with a customer-first mindset
* Based in/around Milton Keynes with some travel flexibility
