Overview
Opera Beds is an established, fast-growing, family-owned business specialising in profiling care beds and mattresses for care organisations, trade retailers and consumers at home. To support with business growth, we are looking to grow our customer excellence team to maintain our high standard of customer experience for contract and care home clients.
Responsibilities
* Front-line phone answering of inbound calls.
* Quote / ordering processing.
* Handling care home customer service requests – order updates, delivery queries, case logging etc.
* Provide sales / product advice for care home customers
* Supporting with care home aftersales cases
* Monitor care home sales inbox
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolves issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service or sales advisory role, preferably over the phone.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and handle sensitive enquiries with empathy.
* Comfortable working with CRM or order management systems.
* A positive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Role Specifics and Benefits
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm
* Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
