Day shift, permanent. THE ROLE: A great permanent job opportunity for a production welder / fabricator with some MIG welding and fabrication experience who wants to continue to develop your skills in a growing and successful manufacturing business.
Responsibilities
TASKS: In this role you will work from engineering drawings and use jigs and fixtures to fabricate a range of assemblies as well as carrying out production welding. You will inspect your work to ensure all appropriate standards are met and work to company health and safety standards at all times as well as contributing to the production environment in other ways when required.
Skills & Qualifications
* Have experience of MIG or similar welding techniques (1 year+) working on products requiring a good level of dimensional accuracy.
* Be keen to develop your skills further and achieve coding as required.
* Be reliable, consistent and self-motivated, keen to work as part of a team.
* Work with efficiency and accuracy following engineering drawings and work instructions.
