Responsibilities
The role involves supporting surgical procedures as a senior scrub and first assist practitioner, ensuring all theatre equipment and instruments are available and sterile, managing surgical workflows, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Qualifications & Experience
* NMC registration with no restrictions
* Minimum 3 years surgical scrub experience
* Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA)
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Flexible and positive attitude
* Warm, considerate, and empathetic character
