This role will support the charity across all HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment and day to day support to the People Manager.
Essential to this role are:
Previous HR or administration experience, people management skills, strong communication skills (written and oral), time management, ability to work independently and collaboratively, have a proactive solutions based approach, proficiency in Microsoft packages (word, excel), integrity and confidentiality and the ability to handle large amounts of confidential or sensitive information.Core skills required
