Job Introduction
We are recruiting a dynamic Sales Specialist to represent the Porsche brand. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-renowned marque, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the continued growth of the Porsche Centre.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer excellence, commercially aware, and motivated by delivering a truly premium service. Previous experience is preferred but not essential—what matters most is your ability to create outstanding experiences throughout the customer journey.
This is a hands‑on, standalone role where you will take ownership of the full customer lifecycle, from initial enquiry and events through to delivery and aftersales care. Confidence, initiative, and professionalism are essential.
Salary & Benefits
This is a high‑performing role offering a highly competitive package, including a company car and on-target earnings of £60,000.
Working Hours
A structured and balanced 5‑day rota working pattern, Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off. No Sunday working required—offering a rare and attractive work‑life balance in the motor trade.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Porsche Car Sales Specialist, you will:
* Deliver a seamless, world‑class customer experience from first contact through to long‑term ownership
* Build meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to the right Porsche product and ownership solution
* Proactively generate new and pre‑owned Porsche sales opportunities through digital engagement, enquiries, walk‑ins, and follow‑up activity
* Represent the Porsche brand at events and through proactive networking, building strong local relationships to enhance engagement, awareness and loyalty
* Work closely with marketing colleagues and Porsche partners to deliver impactful campaigns and communications
* Achieve key performance targets including sales volume, profitability, finance penetration, and add‑on products
* Ensure the presentation of Porsche vehicles and always meets the highest standards
* Maintain accurate and compliant customer records in line with FCA and data protection requirements
* Provide exceptional post‑sale care, building long‑term relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
About You

You will ideally be:

* Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
* Experienced in delivering exceptional service in a retail or sales environment
* Digitally confident, with the ability to engage customers across modern channels
* Creative and comfortable contributing to social and marketing content
* Driven by targets, results, and delivering outstanding experiences
* A strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Ambitious, with a desire to develop a long‑term career within the Porsche brand
* Passionate about the automotive industry or motorsport (desirable)
* Holding a full UK driving licence with a clean or minimal penalty record.
