What we offer: Pay from £13.00–£16.00 per hour (bank holidays £16 p/h) Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile) One-hour minimum visits – no rushing, time to build relationships Alternate weekends off and rotas given 4 weeks in advance 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) and pension scheme Fully paid training and support to gain diploma qualifications Carer awards, referral scheme, and a supportive, friendly team About the role You’ll provide care for children with complex needs, including medication, PEG feeding, epilepsy care, personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and social support.
