Base Pay Range
This range is provided by The Club Company. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team and provide a welcoming experience for all members and guests. You will be the first point of contact for anyone visiting the club, greeting customers in a polite and professional manner and ensuring the reception area is always tidy and well‑presented.
In this role you will answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate team members, take messages as needed, assist with the registration of members, schedule appointments for the administrative team, arrange special services for members and guests, handle payments and charges, address customer complaints, and ensure all health and safety policies are followed. You will also perform general office duties and contribute to the smooth running of the front‑of‑house operations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
* GCSE qualification
* Previous experience in a service‑oriented position desirable
Schedule
* We operate a 7‑days a week business, between 0600 to 2300
* Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays
* Evening availability for functions until 0200
