About the Role As a Quality and Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of contracts and service agreements with external providers. You'll be responsible for monitoring performance, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and driving continuous improvement across commissioned adult social care services. Key Responsibilities Oversee the quality and efficiency of commissioned services. Monitor, evaluate and report on contract performance. Identify and manage risks, recommending actions or sanctions where needed. Work collaboratively with partners, including NHS and third sector organisations. Support commissioning activities and contribute to tender processes. Provide professional advice and guidance to operational teams. Promote best practice and continuous improvement in service delivery. What We're Looking For Strong understanding of social care legislation and contracting principles. Experience in contract management, service evaluation, and partnership working. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
