The Opportunity
An established, financially secure residential contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Farnham.
You’ll take responsibility for 2 live projects, managing them from pre‑construction through to final account.
This is a role where you’ll run your own jobs, not just support a Senior QS.
Your Role
* Full commercial management of high‑end residential projects
* Procurement and subcontractor management
* Cost planning, budgeting, and reporting
* Valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Direct client liaison (high‑net‑worth individuals)
* Working closely with site and design teams
The Company
* Privately‑owned residential contractor
* £30m turnover with strong financial stability
* Specialist in prime and super‑prime residential
* Projects across Surrey, London, and the South East
* Mix of bespoke new builds and high‑end refurbishments
* Strong reputation for quality and repeat business
What They're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Experience in residential or high‑spec projects preferred
* Ability to manage projects independently
* Strong commercial and client‑facing skills
* Professional, proactive, and detail‑focused
