Overview
You will be training in or already possess CBT Supervisor Accreditation and will be the lead position for the low intensity and high intensity clinicians working within the Fareham MHST.
Partnering and Collaboration
You will work effectively in partnership with clinical lead colleagues in other MHSTs in the South East, and across the service, as well as with your team manager, and colleagues across Primary Mental Health and community CAMHS.
Core Functions of MHST
* to deliver evidence-based interventions for mild-to-moderate mental health issues
* support the senior mental health lead (where established) in each school or college to introduce or develop whole school or college approach and
* give timely advice to school and college staff, and liaise with external specialist service to help children and young people to get the right support and stay in education
Main Duties
* offer assessments and interventions to children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties
* contribute to the core work of the team as well as offering more specialist clinical interventions
* provide the opportunity to become involved in delivering evidence-based group interventions
* offer regular clinical and line management supervision to other staff
* receive regular supervision, and link with other specialist practitioners in the Trust, and access appropriate training opportunities offered by HIOW NHS Foundation Trust
