Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make your mark in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? A leading fashion retailer is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their team in Herefordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business, providing expert advice on people-related matters, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
What you’ll be doing:
* Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters
* Manage and support all aspects of Employee Relations, including hearings, note-taking, letter writing, and ensuring fair processes are followed
* Provide guidance on staff consultations and policy implementation
* Oversee HR projects, inductions, leavers, and right-to-work compliance
* Keep up to date with employment law, ensuring HR policies remain compliant and effective
* Represent HR at internal and external meetings as required
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in an HR generalist role, ideally within a fast-moving sector
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Part CIPD qualified (or working towards)
* Excellent communication skills – confident, assertive, and diplomatic
* Organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
