Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Document Controller based in Greater London. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all project documentation, ensuring accurate recording, organization, and retrieval of documents. The role involves maintaining records, preparing reports, ensuring document version control, facilitating internal and external communications, and supporting the project team in adhering to compliance standards. The role requires close collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless documentation processes.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Document Management, Project Documentation, and general documentation practices
* Proficiency in Records Management processes, ensuring accurate, secure, and accessible documentation
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accuracy and compliance with documentation standards
* Experience with documentation software and systems is preferred, with preference for candidates familiar with Oracle-based systems
* An engineering background is preferred, particularly in construction, infrastructure, or related technical fields
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
* Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance is a plus
* Prior experience in the construction, infrastructure, or procurement sectors is advantageous
