We are currently seeking General Operatives to join their Blending team in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and blending teas and infusions in line with the daily production plan Receiving raw materials and storing them correctly, ensuring segregation (e.g. organic, Fairtrade) is maintained Weighing and milling ingredients accurately Building blends according to BOM (Bill of Materials) specifications Operating and using lifting equipment such as pallet trucks, pedestrian stackers, FLT, and bag lifters Filling bulk bags, collecting samples, and completing production paperwork Cleaning and maintaining blending equipment as required Ensuring proper segregation of organic products throughout the process Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in the blending and warehouse areas Following HACCP procedures and food safety standards at all times Working within company...
