The Role
You will join a growing and highly regarded team advising on a full range of employment matters, including:
* Employment Tribunal litigation (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing)
* Day-to-day HR and advisory support
* Disciplinary and grievance processes
* TUPE and transactional support
* Settlement agreements and exit strategies
The role offers a high level of responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners in a genuinely collaborative environment.
The Candidate
* 1PQ+ Employment Solicitor
* Experience in employment law (respondent)
* Confident managing client relationships
* Commercial and pragmatic in approach
