Aftersales Managers Lead and manage the aftersales team to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
Oversee workshop utilisation to maximise productivity and profitability
Ensure full compliance with manufacturer standards and regulatory requirements
Facilitate the sale of labour, vehicle parts, and accessories to meet business targets
Support and motivate team members to uphold brand values and maintain a professional service environment
Maintain accurate operational records using IT systems and ensure adherence to company policies
Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
Manage relationships with customers and suppliers to build loyalty and promote business growthRequirements of an Aftersales Manager:
Proven experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a medium-to-large franchise-approved car dealership
Demonstrable experience working with luxury or premium vehicle brands
Ability to lead and develop teams effectively, supporting colleagues and ensuring high standards
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and operational control
IT literate with competency in relevant dealership management systems
UK driving licence with minimal points
