This well-known travel and experiences business is expanding its CRM team and exciting times are ahead!
THE ROLE
As the CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Managing a Marketing Executive
* Looking at campaign strategy across the whole customer lifecycle
* Manage email/SMS comms and automation
* Utilise dashboards to create reports and highlight reports
* Work on funnel analysis, AB testing, and CTRs
* Deploy campaigns across multiple channels
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience working in a low volume, high pricepoint industry/company is needed
* Being hands-on with data is essential
* Experience in the industry is not necessary
* Management experience not required
