Description: Our client is looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and team working skills to join an established, lively team. You need to be competent working with Excel, web-based systems, and have motor trade and DMS experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Accountant with month-end and year-end accounts procedures
* Month-end vehicle reconciliations
* Trial Balance, reports, and resolving accounting issues
* Petty cash and bank reconciliations
* Raising cheques, overseeing purchase ledger and sales ledger
* Assisting with other general administrative and ad-hoc tasks
* Providing holiday cover within the centralized accounts function
Note: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS MOTOR RETAIL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
