Duties:
The overall objectives of the position are as follows:
* To lead the ability to maintain ISO accreditation and improve quality management system
* To lead and assist in reducing supplier quality problems (MRB)
* To lead and assist with shop floor quality problems and reduce number of NCs in production
* To lead and assist in company OBQ process
* To lead and assist in lessons learned culture
* To help develop and implement good fit processes in full alignment with overall company quality objectives and initiatives.
* Quality Management review lead (Quality management meeting)
* Develop culture of continuous improvement across the business
* To undertake and plan audits – internal and external
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
Be a highly motivated team player.
Have a good understanding of quality focused high technology, high complexity manufacture of multidisciplinary equipment.
Experienced quality engineer
Have a good understanding of Lessons learned, out of box quality, MRB, ISO9001/2015, CIP, and general quality.
Production engineering knowledge
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Auditing background
Qualifications
Essential:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand technical information accurately. Both mechanical and electrical drawings.
* Computer literate with Microsoft software packages; Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Monday.com
* Ability to manage cross department quality improvement initiatives (improvement teams)
* Good understanding of ISO9001/2015
* Good understanding of processes to drive quality
