Job summary
1env Solutions are seeking a Entry Level Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will be tasked with designing a range of personalised items, as envisioned by our customers. You will also assist with producing a range of design assets for marketing purposes, including photography and videography.
Job responsibilities
* Provide an in-house branded product service for our customers, taking their design ideas from conception to production.
* Manage personalisation requests from your email inbox.
* Speak with customers via email or phone call regarding their order.
* Assist the marketing team with producing photography, including product images and in-situation pictures.
* Assist the marketing team with producing short and long form videos for social media, exhibitions and more.
Requirements
* Competent understanding of Adobe Creative suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
* Strong written and communication skills, able to clearly speak via email to both customers and colleagues
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Confidence to speak to customers over the phone
* Willing learner, keen to take on new skills
Previous work experience not required
Driver’s license not required
