Job Description
We are currently supporting a client with their search for a group Head of Talent, Performance & Culture.
The role requires 3 days a week on site in their offices in central London and will be be responsible for shaping and delivering the talent strategy and their work on EDIB, well-being and culture on a global scale. The role reports through to the CHRO and has two direct reports across Talent Acquisition and Talent.
You will need to build high-trust, collaborative and efficient partnerships with a wide range of colleagues in order to:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent strategy that encompasses attraction, employer brand, talent development, performance, and succession planning.
* Partner with senior leadership around the world to understand current and future key talent requirements and proactively manage talent initiatives to meet those needs.
* Lead the development of employer branding and talent marketing to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract diverse talent from around the world.
* Support diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, working with a diverse population to ensure that every colleague can reach their full potential at work.
* Be the global lead for their Employee Engagement Survey and the work that flows from it including sharing good practice and supporting teams with particular challenges.
* Design and oversee talent management programs to nurture a high-performance culture, including succession planning, career development and training initiatives.
* Implement best practices for performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and talent calibration sessions.
* Provide guidance, coaching and support to the talent acquisition team, to ensure recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and attract top talent to the organisation.
* Provide regular reporting and analysis on key talent metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover rates, employee engagement and performance metrics.
* Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and talent management, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate their talent practices.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build relationships and stay connected to the broader talent community.
