Program Details
Length of the Program: 2 years – with some flexibility
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional site-based opportunities (typically in North Carolina, Wisconsin, or Indiana); domestic and international travel as needed
Types Of Roles
* Rotations will provide the opportunity to explore separate areas of the organization where you can bring your unique skills to solve our broader business challenges and build your network and organizational acumen.
* Rotations could take place anywhere in our business, giving you the flexibility to learn across our business units – however, they will primarily fall under Strategy, Operations, Program Management, Process Excellence, and other Corporate Functions.
Responsibilities
* Contributing to projects defined by specific charters, designed to tackle some of our toughest business challenges across our diagnostics and biopharma lab services organizations.
* Leading and managing people and projects
* Demonstrating strong analytical and project management skills
* Executing the daily tasks in your respective department and completing your rotation assignment as defined each year in your project charter
Requirements / Prior Experience
* At MINIMUM:
* A master’s degree (MBA preferred), with an emphasis in science or healthcare (For internal candidates, experience can be substituted for education)
* 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for 5 years or more
* Previous experience in people leadership, project management, process improvement, strategy, consulting, and/or banking is preferred
