Location United Kingdom Aberdeen City Aberdeen Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote/Office) Company Siemens Energy Limited Organization Gas Services Business Unit Service Europe & Africa Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Not defined Order Management Engineer A Snapshot of Your Day To be an integral member of Aberdeen Service Centre (ASC) Team throughout Project Execution from cost estimation through to defining scope. Processing and managing of customer orders ensuring contractual commitments are achieved. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Manage the scope programme, cost and quality of rotating equipment through ASC
2. including compressors and PTs
3. Liaising with relevant parties to accurately estimate costs of scopes
4. Preparation of documentation packs
5. Specification, control and delivery of contact specific QA documents
6. Management of scopes through the workshop, liaising with third party vendors and
7. suppliers as necessary
8. Raising of PO requisitions
9. Financial management of scope execution to ensure on time and on budget delivery
10. Regularly updating systems and customers
11. Supporting workshop team with technical queries as necessary
12. Collation and issue of service reports
13. Financial completion of projects
14. Promote continuous improvement and a responsible EHS culture.
15. Operate within the established policies and procedures of the Company
What You Bring
16. HNC / HND in a relevant discipline
17. Experience working within the Energy Industry with a focus on customer satisfaction,
18. preferably with at least two years’ experience in an operational function.
19. Project management experience is required.
20. Commercial acumen is preferred
21. Technical knowledge of rotating equipment ideally including compressors, power turbines,
22. steam turbines and gearboxes is preferred.
23. Proficient in business management systems
24. Excellent communicator
