What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting consultation and programme design shaped by participant input.
* Leading safe, welcoming creative sessions that promote wellbeing.

* Experience facilitating groups for adults, ideally in a creative health or wellbeing setting.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* A person-centred approach and genuine interest in heritage and culture as tools for wellbeing.
* A-level education or equivalent.
Desirable: Experience in arts/heritage, co-production, event delivery, museum object handling, or working with vulnerable groups.

Special Requirements
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
* Willingness to work nonstandard hours, including weekends.
* Satisfactory enhanced DBS check (funded).
What We Offer
* A supportive, creative working environment at The Amelia Scott.
* Opportunities for training and professional development.
* Free staff parking.
* Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme - 19.7% Employer Contribution
* 22 days annual leave (Pro rata).
* Eye Care vouchers
* Free Flu jabs
* Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing support.
