Job Title: Process Chemist Department: Production & Supply Location: Grangemouth Manufacturing Centre, Earl's Road, Grangemouth (STG) Positions Available: 2 Pay Rate: £17.62 - £24.04 per hour (dependent on seniority, skills, and experience) Overview We are seeking Process Chemists (Research Scientist 3 level) to support a special project within a manufacturing and process development environment. This role will focus on laboratory-based process development, optimisation, and technical problem-solving to support manufacturing operations and supply activities. Key Responsibilities Process Development & Optimisation Plan and execute laboratory work to develop, test, and optimise new and existing manufacturing processes. Ensure processes meet agreed technical, quality, and performance targets.Technical Expertise & Support Provide expert process chemistry input to Process Development, Supply Chain, and project teams. Support the preparation and execution of development plans and manufacturing trials.Problem Solving Proactively advise and support manufacturing and development teams in resolving process issues.
