* Best in class continuous improvement experience from industry / aerospace / automotive / manufacturing / engineering services.
* Demonstrable track record at senior operations management / leadership levels including strategy development + delivery of significant quantitative bottom-line results.
* Demonstrated track record of developing and building a Lean/business transformation programme with deep expertise in developing, coaching and mentoring leaders at all levels.
* Ability to influence without authority and a passion for seeing others succeed.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical and well crafted business acumen skills will have been central to your track record of performance improvement to date.
