We are looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-driven Associate Consultant to join our Glasgow team. In this role, you’ll help connect top talent with some of the most influential companies in the global renewable energy industry, playing a part in shaping a cleaner and more sustainable future. As an Associate Consultant, you’ll source, qualify, and engage candidates for a wide range of roles within the Offshore Wind sector. Using both traditional and cutting-edge tools—including LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, job boards, and digital search platforms, you’ll help build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels Conduct structured and engaging telephone screenings Qualify candidates thoroughly to ensure alignment with client needs Manage incoming applications with timely communication and feedback Utilise a wide range of digital sourcing tools (Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, data platforms) Maintain accurate and organised candidate data within our CRM (Bullhorn) Provide regular updates to hiring managers on pipeline progress We’re seeking a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the renewable energy sector. Requirements Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, telesales, or retail within a sales-focused environment Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail Positive, energetic approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Commitment to learning and developing sector expertise Fluency in English (additional European languages—especially German or French—are a plus) Competitive salary 26 days annual leave public holidays.
