urgently (start early June), permanent role.
The role
As a Sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will be hands on running a section or manage the pass when the head chef is off. This sous chef role will include all the standard sous chef duties
Experience
We are looking for a fresh food sous chef, with good knife skills and fresh food
