An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Officer within the Health Boards Digital and Data Directorate. CTMUHB is an integrated, progressive and ambitious organisation who are in the midst of delivering a major digital programme of change to transform healthcare for our patients and citizens. It has been pro-active in adopting and implementing new ways of working as part of its digital transformation. As a member of the dynamic and innovative Digital and Data directorate, you will be a member of the Digital Transformation team. The projects you will work on form part of the transformation programme and will allow you to build on your current skills and experience and provide you with opportunities for personal and professional development. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders from varying professions across the health board, other NHS and 3rd party organisation/suppliers. This will include the requirement to attend sites regularly, sometimes at short notice. Remote working will not be possible with this role and you will be required to work across multiple sites across the CTMUHB footprint. Main duties of the job
To provide business change support to implement digital systems and ensure the highest of standards of business needs are met by the systems implemented.
* Facilitate change management within the services in scope, to ensure that the benefits are achieved
* Work with clinicians and non-clinician when implementing systems and facilitate change work as required.
* Ensure effective communication takes place to end users.
This is a permanent and fixed term/secondment posts. T he fixed term/secondment post is for 2 years due to funding.
