GBP 13.45 per hour



30 hours per week

Your role


:Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents' interests, preferences and lifestyles
:Take the time to get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities
:Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life
:Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience
:Bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful, social and engaging
