Location: Spectrum Building, Bristol
Hours: Full Time
1. 7.30am – 4pm x2 days per week
2. 7.30am - 5pm x2 days per week
3. 7.30am – 4.30pm Friday's
4. Work from home Wednesday's
5. Enjoy reduced hours (9am – 3pm) during school holidays

The Role – What You'll Be Doing
10. Supporting the Regional Director with branch growth
11. Bring your ideas to the table and help drive our branch’s continued success
12. Working with a large client base - many of the schools nationally work exclusively with Vision for Education
13. Using sales, business development and marketing techniques and networking opportunities to attract business from client schools
14. Driving business development through relationship-building and outreach
15. Visiting schools and deepening client engagement
16. Finding, engaging, and placing brilliant educators in the right roles
17. Using social media, headhunting, and networking to build talent pools
18. Managing applications, interviews, references, and placements
19. Using our Salesforce system to track progress and keep things moving
20. Supporting schools with sponsorship opportunities
21. Act as an Ambassador for the Group’s ESG strategy and you demonstrate this through a commitment to adopt, promote and comply with ESG policies, developments, and initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a proactive, experienced sales professional ready to grow your desk and make an impact.
22. Proven experienced in Education Recruitment
23. Full UK driving licence with access to a car (essential)
24. Strong communicator with a consultative sales style
25. Organised, resilient and self-motivated
26. A natural relationship-builder and team player
27. Driven to exceed targets while staying true to ethical business practices
