What's the role?
We are looking for a Sales Advisor (or Style Advisor as we call it) to join our fashion womenswear brand Phase Eight in Braehead Shopping Centre. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in fashion and styling. The role is for 12 hours per week and shifts will cover weekends as well as weekdays.
Our Sales Advisors are the face of our business. Natural and friendly, you go out of your way to provide an outstanding experience to all our customers. You will enjoy working in a fashion retail environment and use your knowledge and training to provide customers with that perfect head-to-toe outfit!
What you'll do:
Greet, assist and sell in a professional and consultative manner, identifying additional selling opportunities
Maintain a high awareness of merchandising principles to deliver an inspirational picture of the Phase Eight vision
Operate an electronic Point of Sale system, handling transactions accurately with dutiful care and attention
Assist in all tasks required to ensure the smooth day to day running of the store
Who you'll be:
As a Sales Advisor we will provide you with full training and ongoing support from the get-go to ensure you have all the tools to succeed in your role. We will need you to be:
Reliable and motivated to fulfil the role, flexible enough to work on a rota basis and balance shifting priorities in store.
Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment
Focused on adding value and providing the best possible experience to our customers, taking pride in all that you do.
