Job Title: Paid Social Executive (Contract)
Day Rate: Up to £200 per day (outside IR35)
Contract: Short-term, immediate start
Location: Remote with occasional London meetings (if required)
We are looking for a Paid Social Executive/Buyer to join a specialist lead generation advertising agency on an urgent contract. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for planning, building, optimising, and reporting on paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta. You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality leads for clients in fast-moving sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, activate, and optimise paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads.
* Deliver performance-driven lead generation campaigns, ensuring KPIs and ROI targets are met.
* Manage budgets effectively and allocate spend across campaigns.
* Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for optimisation.
* Work closely with internal teams to align on campaign strategy and client objectives.
* Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social.
Key Requirements
* Proven hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
* Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a paid social role (agency or client-side).
* Demonstrated success in lead generation campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Confident working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* Available to start immediately.
