Further information can be found at this link - https://togetherhousing-group.my.canva.site/ Requirements Outline of Key Responsibilities of the Development Project Manager Identify, source and appraise new development opportunities both financially and strategically Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard Lead on regeneration activity and build relationships to generate new business opportunities Prepare financial appraisals and assess scheme viability in collaboration with Finance teams Secure funding opportunities and prepare bids to Homes England and other funding bodies Manage development budgets, cashflows and expenditure across schemes Oversee tendering processes and contractor/consultant performance Lead project meetings and coordinate internal and external stakeholders Ensure all compliance, audit and regulatory requirements are met Manage legal and contractual negotiations, including land purchases and build contracts Maintain accurate reporting and documentation across all development activity Represent the organisation at meetings with local authorities, partners and stakeholders We Are Looking for Someone Who Has Proven experience delivering housing development projects from inception to completion Strong knowledge of Homes England Development Standards and social housing development Experience of financial appraisals, scheme viability and budget management A track record of working in partnership with contractors, consultants and stakeholders Experience negotiating construction and purchase contracts Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple schemes Knowledge of regeneration and development within the residential sector Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Confidence using Microsoft Office and relevant systems A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Benefits In return, we are offering the successful candidate in the Development Project Manager role… Starting salary of £54,780 per annum 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years’ service) bank holidays Hybrid working - you will organize your week by balancing your time between working onsite and working from home. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are required, as travel is essential for site visits, site inspections, leading teams, attending stakeholder meetings, and overseeing projects. You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday (occasional evening or weekend working depending on business needs).
