This is a UK position where you’ll take ownership of technical standards, provide expert input across projects and play a key role in how the business approaches materials and application. The Role This is a technical leadership role with UK responsibility. You’ll act as the central point of expertise, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders with guidance on materials, performance and best practice. Your input will shape decisions across a wide range of projects. This is about influence through knowledge and experience, not sales. What You’ll Be Doing • Acting as the technical lead for concrete or asphalt across the business • Providing expert guidance on materials, performance and application • Supporting project teams with technical input and problem solving • Engaging with engineers, contractors and stakeholders on technical matters • Contributing to standards, processes and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For • Strong technical background in concrete, asphalt or related materials • A solid career history with good length of service and depth of experience • Someone recognised for their technical knowledge and judgement • Comfortable stepping into a more visible, influential position You might currently be a senior technician, materials specialist or technical advisor who is ready to take that next step.
