Duty Manager – Food & Beverage Focus Location: Heart of the New Forest Salary: £30,000 per annum service charge Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 We are a 35-bedroom hotel nestled in the beautiful New Forest, providing warm hospitality, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a Food & Beverage–biased Duty Manager to join our dedicated team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our business. About the Role As Duty Manager, you will support the management team in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, with a particular focus on our food and beverage service. Your responsibilities will include: Organising and delivering weddings, events, and private functions Overseeing daily food service in our adjacent pub and restaurant Managing beverage, consumable, and chemical orders Leading, motivating, and supporting a team across departments Liaising closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience Working a mixture of early, middle, and late shifts Training About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in hospitality management, with a strong F&B background Professional, hands-on, and guest-focused A natural leader who can inspire and develop their team Own transport is essential Flexible and willing to work weekends, bank holidays, and during the festive/school holiday periods What We Offer £30,000 per annum plus service charge 40-hour working week (5 days out of 7) Supportive and respectful team environment where everyone is valued Duvet day and additional staff perks The chance to work in a stunning New Forest location If you’re passionate about hospitality and want to join a friendly, professional team that takes pride in what they do, we’d love to hear from you.
